If it’s ink on paper I make sure it looks and prints perfect. From thumbnails, swatch selection, digital layout, to pre-press and handoff to the vendor.
Bad logos really stink. There’s nothing worse for a designer trying to create something beautiful, than doing it with an ugly logo. I design really sweet logos.

Keep your eyes on the road. But, if you have to quickly take-in an advertising message from a billboard or bus shelter, it should be well designed. I do that.
Influencing a person’s purchase of a bottle of wine, olive oil, or even a product from the awkward aisle requires strategy. It comes down to great packaging. I do that too.
